Are you a licensed physical therapist assistant looking for a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to maximize your pay? We are assisting our client to find a compassionate and caring PTA for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will be interested in a temp to perm. Our client is offering a very flexible schedule and looking for at least 20-25 hours a week to potentially 40 hours a week. You will treat 2-3 patients per hour with the help of techs.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide quality skilled nursing physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist
• Assist your patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
• Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience
• Texas PTA Certification

Compensation and Benefits

• $33 - $38 per hour. Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.
