Are you a new PT school grad or have some experience and looking for a position in western Illinois? Our client is seeking a full time, Physical Therapist to work in outpatient and some inpatient. This job is working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or four-day work week, 9 hours per day (36-40 hrs per week).

Compensation and Benefits of the Physical Therapist
$87000 - $104000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
Can work independently or under orders of physician/licensed independent practitioners.
Development and implementation of treatment programs.
Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience.
Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Illinois State PT License
BCLS
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
