Our client is looking for a licensed PT to fill a permanent position in a skilled nursing facility. This role will treat long and short-term patients with focus on balance, mobility, functional independence, pain control, and overall quality of life. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with an option to switch out a day to work on a weekend. Productivity expectation is 90-95% monthly. The facility is a 213-bed intermediate and skilled care facility that offers a full range of services.

Compensation and Benefits of the Physical Therapist
$45 - $55 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Provide quality Physical Therapy services.
Assist your patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.

Requirements of the Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist
New graduates or experienced therapists welcome to apply
Valid Illinois state PT License
Ability to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
