This position is full-time, 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

We are assisting our client, a PT/women-owned business established in 2008, who uses innovative methods to help companies keep their employees feeling better and stay healthy. They bring injury prevention and treatment plus employee wellness TO the workplace.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
This role is for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide injury prevention, injury management, and wellness services. Your time will be split between providing proactive injury prevention programming and injury management for employees at their workplace. In addition to patient care, this role will include running regular pre-work dynamic stretching sessions, the development of educational programming, completion of functional job and/or ergonomic assessments, and provision of body mechanics training. Keeping up to date documentation, providing timely reporting and independently managing a schedule split between patient care and proactive programming are important aspects of this position.

Compensation & Benefits of the Physical Therapist
$40 - $50 per hour based on experience

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
3 years experience
North Dakota state PT License
Familiarity with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers compensation processes and ergonomic assessment is desirable but not required.
Degree from PT Accredited College
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying and creating programming to meet client needs
