Job Description
If you are looking for an outpatient position that is a total grind, with crazy high productivity expectations and hours of documentation outside of your normal work hours, STOP READING.
We are assisting our client who is seeking a full time Physical Therapist to work a flexible schedule of 4x10s or 5x8s and no set productivity expectations. You can expect to have 2-3 evaluations in one day with 10 total visits (including the evals) and 60-90 minutes of paid documentation time per day. There are also no PT Assistants to supervise - you will see your own patients every visit. Evaluations are a full hour. You will treat middle school to age 100 with a focus on sports medicine and orthopedics, including post-ops, and those with active lifestyles.
Compensation and Benefits
- $65000 - $80000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
- Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers to promote the patients' level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
- Restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
- Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
