Job Description
Are you a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist who loves accepting new challenges? Our client is expanding and we are assisting them to find a PT for their outpatient clinic. Great opportunities for further education and career advancement.
This job is working full-time (32-40 hours) normally scheduled as 8-hour workdays, Monday - Friday; Speaking Spanish is a bonus!
Compensation and Benefits
- $37 - $45 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
- Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers to promote the patients' level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
- Restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
- Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
- Use EMR to document evaluations, daily treatment notes, attendance records, patient education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
- Experience with direct access patients and an emphasis on manual therapy a plus, but not required
- Orthopedic outpatient or Private Practice experience preferred.
- Doctorate Degree in physical therapy (Required)
- Texas Physical Therapy license (Required)
- Basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification (Required)
- Advanced Certifications a plus, but not required: OCS, Cert. SMT, Cert DN, Dip. Osteopractic, Graston Technique, CSCS, TSAC-F
