myPTsolutions is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to fill a 6 to 8-week travel job. Our client is an outpatient clinic located 20 miles from Chicago. Interested therapists should hold a current license/registration in PT and be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm. This role will treat 12 patients per day with 1-2 new evaluations per week on average.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care.
Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral.
Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
New grad or experienced PT
Illinois State PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
