Are you a dedicated licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about rehab? We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist to fill a full-time outpatient position for our client. This job is working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, treating about 55 patients per week. Our client is located in the popular Solomons/Solomons Island on the Patuxent River.

Compensation and Benefits of the Physical Therapist
$62400 - $109200 per year. Salary is based on commission/visits per hour.
Health insurance and retirement benefits following 90 day introductory period
Paid holidays (6 holidays/calendar year)
PTO following 1 year of service

Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
Provide quality outpatient physical therapy services to all ages
Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
New PT school graduates as well as experienced PT s welcome to apply
Maryland state PT License REQUIRED
Degree from PT Accredited College
Covid Vaccine preferred but not required
Ability to work independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
