Compensation & Benefits
Based on experience - New grad starts at $85000
PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, continuing education allowance, and 401k.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
Maintain open communication with the patient, supervising therapist, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Outgoing personality
Experienced PT or New Grads Accepted - Remote Mentorship available
Outpatient experienced is preferred but training available
California state PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Must be comfortable working independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
