We are currently assisting our client, a small, non-profit clinic, seeking a full time or part time licensed Physical Therapist. Mentorship is available for a new PT school grad. Work flexible days throughout the week (ex: M-Th, T-Fri, or even M-F). You will appreciate the ease of achieving a good work/life balance and ability to use paid time off. Treat 8 patients per day. Adults and pediatric patients are scheduled on the hour. Evals vary and therapists are blocked an additional hour for write up time after an evaluation. Our client is looking for a PT to work at least 18 - 20 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

• $40 - $45 per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
• Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
• Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.

Qualifications

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP.)
• Experienced or New PT School Grads
• Illinois PT License
