Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a school-based Speech Language Pathologist! This job is full-time, five days a week, working with children at two campuses. Our client is pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Their innovative approach focuses on strong relationship-building, student-well being and joy, and challenging curriculum to ensure student success, while addressing both academic and social-emotional needs in order to educate the "whole child." A Covid vaccine is not required.
Compensation and Benefits of the School Speech Language Pathologist
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
25+ Paid holidays & 10 days PTO annually (in addition to summer break for educators/campus positions)
12 weeks family paid leave

Responsibilities of the School Speech Language Pathologist
The Speech Pathologist provides support and conducts student assessments in all areas of communication development. Working in cooperation with network supervisors, teachers, parents, and students, the Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing diagnostic and intervention services for students with speech, language, and hearing disorders to improve the communication development and ensure access to the general education curriculum.
Requirements of the School Speech Language Pathologist
Possess a valid Michigan Teacher Certification with a Speech-Language Pathology Endorsement
Masters Degree in Speech Pathology & Communication Disorders
Valid Speech Language License
