Job Description
The Sales Consultant position is a front-line sales position with the primary responsibilities of identifying new business, responding to requests for services, negotiating, and closing the sales cycle.
At myPTsolutions and myRN Staffing Solutions, our mission is to connect and serve. With other 10 years of experience in healthcare staffing, we specialize in placing Therapists and Nurses in travel and direct hire opportunities at medical facilities across the country.
Job Details:
Hours per week: 40 hours
Compensation: Base salary plus commission based on performance.
Required experience: At least 2 years in the staffing/recruiting industry.
Preferred experience: Healthcare staffing
Benefits: Health, Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance, Company matching 401k. Flexible work schedule and work from home opportunity.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years in the staffing/recruiting industry.
Preferred experience in healthcare staffing
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other software (word, excel, etc.)
